An active device uses one Casework seat. Deactivating a device immediately frees that seat.

Activating another computer
Sign in to N+ Casework on the new computer. If a seat is available, Casework activates it automatically.
If all seats are in use, deactivate an old computer here first, then retry Casework on the new computer.
